Who We Are

Welcome to GrJHS Band! We are a dynamic community of musicians committed to fostering talent and sparking creativity! Our diverse group of educators ensure that every member feels valued and empowered. Proudly Grizzly Strong, we emphasize student learning, a positive atmosphere, and family engagement, while helping our school earn an A-Rating from the Arizona Department of Education. Our program includes 7th and 8th Grade bands that perform multiple concerts annually, along with the Grizzly Jazz Band, showcasing their skills in at least one additional concert each year. We also support social skills through our United Sound Program, enabling new musicians with disabilities to learn instruments at adapted levels. We believe that music promotes growth, friendship, and understanding. Join us in celebrating the joy and enriching experiences that the GrJHS Band Program offers!
