7th Grade Concert Band

We have 2 sections of 7th Grade Concert Band that meets during 1st and 3rd hour and 1 section of 7th Grade Concert Percussion that meets during 7th hour. All classes will combine together to create one big band at concert time!

The 7th Grade Concert Band typically performs 4 concerts each year, (one per quarter) as well as participates in the District JH Band Festival.

The 7th Grade Concert Band plays a variety of music and styles, but its primary purpose is to develop overall musicianship, focusing on tone quality, intonation, balance and blend, and rhythm reading.
